CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING

This class is designed for the beginner to intermediate participant who wants a total body workout. The class consists of 30 minutes each of cardio conditioning and strength training. Have fun and learn about overall fitness.

LATIN AEROBICS

This class combines the excitement of Latin music and movements in a high energy environment. Why don't you join us and smile while you dance the pounds away.

EXPRESS AEROBICS

Features a variety of step, high/low impact aerobics, floor aerobics and kickboxing with strengthening exercises using weights, tubes and bands.

 

EXPRESS BOOT CAMP

Get an extreme workout with extreme music. This class may include plyometrics, calisthenics, cycling, circuit training, jumping rope, speed work, lunging and various other physical challenges that will push your endurance and strength capacity to the limit!

 

 

BODY SCULPTING

6 – 6:45 p.m. Thursdays

This class is designed for the participant wishing to add muscle tone/definition and strength to the body. It challenges the total body with resistance. Participants will also learn the “how to’s” of weight training.

 

 

CORE CONDITIONING

10:30 – 11 a.m. Wednesdays from 6/11- 7/16

This express class concentrates on the core muscles of the body, strengthening the abs and their opposing muscles as well as stabilizing them. Come to class warmed up!


 

WOMEN’S FITNESS TRAINING CLASS

4:30 – 5:15 p.m. Wednesdays

A class designed specifically for women. This 4-week course will provide instruction on the cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights. Work out while socializing and learning safe and proper equipment techniques. This class will teach the basic components of exercise, nutrition and weight room etiquette. Come with a friend or meet a new workout partner!

YOUTH FITNESS TRAINING CLASS

A 4-week class for youth ages 12-17 who are seriously interested in ways to keep their bodies strong and healthy. The class will teach safety and proper equipment technique, as well as character development, weight room etiquette, basic nutrition and the effects of drugs, alcohol and smoking on the body.
