HOT CHOCOLATE HUSTLE 2-MILE WALK/RACE
Pictures coming soon!
On December 5th, 2009 participants joined us for a 2-mile walk/run
beginning at the YMCA and continuing on the Indian Creek Trail
then back to the Y. Hot chocolate and a cozy bonfire awaited
them at the end of the race!

Daughter Dance 2008
On November 8th, this was a SOLD OUT event! We had dads
and daughters of all ages take part in a memorable evening that can
be cherished for a lifetime. We hope to see you at the 2009 Daddy

YMCA
Annual Chicken/Pork Chop Dinner 2008
The YMCA of Harrison County sponsored a chicken/pork chop dinner
during the two-day Cockadoodle Days event on September 26th
and 27th. This year the dinner one of our most successful
fundraisers as well a cluckn' good time for everyone!

Proceeds from the dinner will help provide free swim lessons for
Harrison County third graders. Since 2004, the YMCA of Harrison
County has provided over 1,800 kids with free 3rd grade swim
lessons, provided over $150,000 towards family, youth, senior and
adult membership fees, and gave nearly $75,000 in program fees. You
can continue to support our mission by giving to the
Mission for
Kids Campaign.
The YMCA appreciates everyone who came out and contributed while
enjoying a delicious home-style meal! Special thanks goes to those
who volunteered their time making this event a success and all those
who baked & donated desserts.
