YOUTH SOCCER return to top
Ages: 4 - 19 years
Description: YMCA soccer will develop basic soccer skills while providing an environment that promotes caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Registration: Registration available online from Jan. 16th - Feb. 28th. Deadline for all registrations is Feb. 28th.

REC Soccer (U5, U6, U8, & U10) Fees
U5, U6, U8, & U10 are non-traveling co-ed teams. All games are played at YMCA’s Keller soccer complex, beginning Saturday, April 3rd. All games on Saturdays with the exception of make-up games. Members/$50, 2nd child $40 (every child thereafter $30 each)  
Non-members/$65, 2nd child $55 (every child thereafter $45 each)
Fees include player shirt, socks and team participation award.
REC PLUS Soccer (U12 - U19) Fees
U12-U19 will be playing in travel leagues against clubs in Southern Indiana as well as the greater Louisville area. Games may be played on Saturdays and Sundays. Teams may be co-ed depending on the registered numbers of players Members/$52, 2nd child $42 (every child thereafter $32 each)  
Non-members/$67, 2nd child $57, (every child thereafter $47 each)
Fees do not include home jersey, away jersey or socks. Fees do cover league fees associated with playing in a travel league and player card for IYSA. Uniform package is additional $20 per player.
**If you played REC Plus in Spring or Fall 2009, you may not need the uniform package.

Youth Sports Refund Policy: A refund of up to, but not to exceed 50% of the total program registration cost, may be available for withdrawing from the program after the registration deadline.

Challenger Sports British Soccer
Description: Challenger Sports is the #1 soccer camp provider in the United States, Canada and Australia. This year, over 800 of our British soccer coaches will mentor more than 150,000 boys and girls on some 2,000 camps and clinics. Little Kicks Tae Kwon Do
 Description: Little Kicks introduces children to the fundamental principles and discipline of martial arts. Class instruction will cover the basic skills of blocks, kicks and jabs as well as other self-defense techniques. In addition to martial arts, Little Kicks will teach character development and the core values of the YMCA: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Sessions: 6 – 6:45 pm, Mondays (Ongoing, new sessions begin each month)

Description: Designed to increase cardio-respiratory fitness, reduce stress, improve flexibility and develop the mind, body and spirit. Classes are focused on the individual needs of each student, with a “let’s-do-it-together” philosophy.

Women's Self Defense
 Description: This introduction to self-defense and awareness is a two-hour course that examines potential dangers women face in everyday life. Emphasis is placed on trying to avoid these types of situations, as well as how to handle oneself should the need arise. Finally, a very basic review of self-defense techniques is practiced to assist in escaping dangerous environments.

ARCHERY CLINICS

Description: Get excited about archery! Classes may be separated by age groups. Equipment will be provided. Space is limited.
Instructor: Ruben Lewis, who is an avid archer and outdoorsman, will share skills and techniques with students.

The goal of this program is to expose home schooled students to a quality Physical Education component with a variety of planned activities as well as team and individual sports. Activities may include: basketball, soccer, flag football, swimming, floor hockey, kickball, hiking, tennis, tumbling, flag-tag, scooter races, and more...
