Ages: 4 - 18 yearsDescription: YMCA soccer will develop basic soccer skills while providing an environment that promotes caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

| Little Kicks Tae Kwon Do | |

Description:
Little Kicks introduces children to the fundamental
principles and discipline of martial arts. Class
instruction will cover the basic skills of blocks, kicks
and jabs as well as other self-defense techniques. In
addition to martial arts, Little Kicks will teach
character development and the core values of the YMCA:
caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

| Women's Self Defense | |
|
Description:
This introduction to self-defense and awareness is a
two-hour course that examines potential dangers women
face in everyday life. Emphasis is placed on trying to
avoid these types of situations, as well as how to
handle oneself should the need arise. Finally, a very
basic review of self-defense techniques is practiced to
assist in escaping dangerous environments. |
