Appropriate attire: All students must wear hair up and no jewelry at all.
Tumbling: Leotards or shorts and t-shirt. No tights, socks or shoes.
Cheer: Shorts and t-shirt and non-marking shoes.

Policies: A minimum of 4 students per class is required.
Sessions:

Beginning Preschool (ages 3 - 5)
This class is for ages 3-5 and students who are new to gymnastics class or transitioning from parent tot class. Students will learn basic tumbling, high bar, vault, spring board, and floor walk in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Class have 8:1 student ratio (with possible 10:1 upon instructor's discretion).
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:15 pm
 Preschool (ages 4 - 5)
This class is for ages 4 - 5 and students who have experience with gymnastics class already. Students will learn basic tumbling, high bar, vault, spring board, and floor walk in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Classes have a 10:1 student ratio.
Tuesdays, 5:15-6:00 pm
Beginner (ages 6 - 10)
Students will learn basic tumbling, high bar, vault, spring board, and floor walk in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Classes have a 10:1 student ratio.
Tuesdays, 6:00-6:55 pm
Intermediate (ages 6 - 10)
Students will learn basic tumbling, high bar, vault, spring board, and floor walk in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. This class is for kids who can do a cartwheel, are working on backbends and have had some experience with gymnastics. Classes have a 10:1 student ratio.
Tuesdays, 7:00-7:55 pm

Fees: Facility Members/$24 (5-wk session)

TODDLER TUMBLING return to top 
Ages: 18 mo. - 3 yrs
Sessions: Thursdays, 4:45-5:45 pm
Where: YMCA Gym
Description: Embrace your little ones love of tumbling through this engaging class. Develop social skills, physical coordination, confidence, and listening. A fun an educational atmosphere for both child and parent!

GROUP TUMBLING return to top 
Description:
Beginner: This class will introduce basic skills from handstands to backbend kick-overs with progressive technique training and drills.
Intermediate: Must have backbend kick-over to enroll. This class will review previous skills, progress to walkovers and back handsprings.
Advanced: Must have back walkover to enroll. This class will review all skills, develop better technique for the back handspring, and progress to a round-off back handspring to back tuck.
Elite: Must have round-off back tuck to enroll. This class will review advanced skills, work on  bettering technique for back tucks, and learn layouts, twist and front tucks.  

Policies: Classes will have 8:1 student to teacher ratio. Classes require three students per class, minimum. Student may be moved based on class size.  

Scheduling Information: All classes will meet in the gymnasium once a week for eight week sessions.

Intermediate (ages 10 & up) Wednesdays, 4:30 - 5:20 pm
Intermediate  (ages 10 & up)

Advanced (all ages) Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:20 pm

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE CHEERLEADING return to top 
Sessions: Times and dates worked out between parent and instructor.
Description: Classes are half-hour sessions with 1 student per private lesson or 2 – 3 students per semi-private lesson. Parents are required to find partners for their children. Any age can be accepted.

Fees (6 classes): Facility Members/$100 (private), $58 (semi-private)
Program Members/$150 (private), $100 (semi-private)
