ADULT SWIM LESSONS

2008

The YMCA began teaching swim lessons over 110 years ago and today is recognized as a leader in aquatic instruction.

 ADULT SWIM LESSONS

This program is for people 13 and older who are interested in swim lessons. The lessons are taught in the quiet and warm setting of our Therapy Pool.  At the time of the lessons, the Therapy Pool is scheduled for Adult Swim Lessons only.   At the first lesson you will be given a swim test and placed in the appropriate learning group (beginner, intermediate).

(Ages 13+)

Whether you’re just a little rusty, or have never been in the water, it’s never too late to learn! Lessons are taught in the quiet, warm Therapy Pool where only adult lessons are scheduled at that time.
