The YMCA began teaching swim lessons over 110 years ago and today is recognized as a leader in aquatic instruction.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
YMCA of Harrison County is proud to offer private swim lessons for people 5 years old & up. Teaching methods are designed to help develop each participant to his/her fullest potential, to encourage awareness of safety and to master skills to the best of their ability.
We can accommodate beginning to advanced instruction. Available class dates and times are arranged through the Interim Aquatics Director, Andy Pappano. Instructors can be requested but are not guaranteed. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for credit or to reschedule. Once participants pay and register at front desk, the assigned instructor will call and schedule a time and day for the lesson. This is a member's only program.

Class Code APS01 Private Lesson - 1 student / 1 instructor $20 per 30-minute lesson

Class Code APS02 Semi-private - 2 students / 1 instructor $30 per 30-minute lesson
