The Y offers a competitive swim team for ages 7 to 18 that will be dually registered with both USA Swimming and the YMCA league (KIYSA). Swimmers will have the option of competing in either or both swimming associations. The team is coached by Mike Woertz. The swimming season runs from September through March. An assessment is used to determine each swimmers group level. 

All swimmers need an active Y membership with an active adult. Below are the Capital Aquatics membership rates:
